The purpose of the classes is to develop personal body, time and space awareness through working with different principles of movements and vocabulary of contemporary dance. The class gives an opportunity for each participant to learn more on his/her specific body, to understand body connections and to find natural continuance way of moving.

Jazz Dance is inseparably connected with pop culture. It has a strong rhythm and teaches the isolation and coordination of movement, allowing for spontaneous expression and joy of dancing. Funky jazz is often used by dancers performing at concerts and accompanying pop stars in video clips.

Musik gehört zu den fundamentalsten Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten persönlicher Gefühle und Stimmungen, rhythmischer Ausdruck bringt Lebensfreude und inneres Gleichgewicht. Bodypercussion ermöglicht Rhythmuserfahrungen ohne Instrumente und Notenmaterial. Das „Instrument“ bildet unser Körper, der durch spezifi sche Klanggesten aktiviert wird. Das Spektrum geht vom einfachen Rockbeat über Afrikanische Rhythmen, Latin-Rhythmen bis hin zu mehrstimmigen Arrangements und kleinen Choreographien. In das rhythmische Spiel werden Alltagsgegenstände - Materialien aus Küche, Werkstatt, Garten,... - integriert. Ein Kurs für Einsteiger, die gerne in die rhythmische Welt der Körperperkussion eintauchen wollen.

Patrick Grigo is known in the national and the international hip hop and break dance scene as dancer, choreographer and pedagogue. He makes workshops all over Europe such as in Austria, Croatia, Italy, England, ect. Besides he is involved in many projects especially for youths and kids to give them new inspiration, new aims and to encourage them to step new ways. As dancer European and World Champions titles in Hip Hop and Breakdance grace his person.
