Discover our three unique apartments in the historic 19th-century Steinbräuhaus, located directly at the foot of the majestic Kapuzinerberg in Salzburg. Ideal for longer stays of several weeks or months, these 4- and 5-room apartments offer the perfect blend of privacy and community - ideal for people who know each other but value their individual space.
As part of the creative environment of the SEAD Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, these apartments are a home for dancers, choreographers, and artists. The apartments are functional and simply furnished, in keeping with the historic character of the building. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m to 1.80 m wide), a desk, and a wardrobe, so that up to two people can comfortably share a room. The bright living room has a cozy sofa corner, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is separate from the toilet, offering additional comfort.
