Discover our three unique apartments in the historic 19th-century Steinbräuhaus, located directly at the foot of the majestic Kapuzinerberg in Salzburg. Ideal for longer stays of several weeks or months, these 4- and 5-room apartments offer the perfect blend of privacy and community—ideal for people who know each other but value their individual space. As part of the creative environment of the SEAD Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, these apartments are a home for dancers, choreographers, and artists. The apartments are functional and simply furnished, in keeping with the historic character of the building. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m to 1.80 m wide), a desk, and a wardrobe, so that up to two people can comfortably share a room. The bright living room has a cozy sofa corner, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is separate from the toilet, offering additional comfort.
